TASTE PORTUGAL and TEXTURE Restaurant in London invite you to a unique evening of Portuguese culinary delights on Monday, 23 February 2015. The six course menu will be created by TEXTURE's very own Agnar Sverrisson together with Ricardo Costa, one of Portugal’s most highly acclaimed chefs.
TASTE PORTUGAL is delighted to be collaborating with WINES OF PORTUGAL who have provided wines from Portugal’s leading wineries to be showcased in the pairing, as chosen by TASTE PORTUGAL's Head Sommelier, Antonio Lopes. Lopes, one of the world’s leading authorities on Portuguese wine as confirmed with his recent nomination as Sommelier of the Year, and can usually be found as wine master at CONRAD Algarve.
Each dish from the menu will be alternately prepared by the two chefs, each priding themselves on the freshness of their exquisite ingredients – freshness and quality of produce being key in traditional Portuguese cuisine.
