WHEN THE TASTE PORTUGAL 2014/15 team were looking for a place to lodge the international chefs and sommeliers coming to London to participate in the festival, they knew they needed to find somewhere special, as these guests are used not only to staying, but also to working in some of the world’s most prestigious venues. Where better, then, that the newly opened Dorsett Shepherds Bush, located in an eight-storey Grade II listed building, overlooking Shepherds Bush Green, and just a 30-minute drive from Heathrow Airport?
