Dieter Koschina, Matteo Ferrantino, Miguel Laffan, Vitor Matos and José Avillez will all enter the kitchen at Northcote on Friday 30 January to create an exceptional evening of Portuguese delights. Together with Northcote's own Nigel Haworth they will present an homage to Portuguese culinary traditions as well as a set of innovations that will reveal why Portuguese food is about to become the hottest new cuisine on the gastronomic market.
