"Chefs! Chefs! Chefs!"

WITH A MENU very much focused on the delights of the sea and the Portuguese fauna, our boys left a full house at the OBSESSION Festival in complete awe as one dish after another of culinary magic was presented and delivered to an audience getting more and more thrilled and excited.

We thank our chefs José Avilez, Dieter Koschina, Miguel Laffan, Vitor Matos and Matteo Ferrantino for an outstanding job and look forward to many more evenings like this in the future.

We also thank Nigel Haworth, Craig Bancroft and Kaye Mathew and everybody at Northcote for hosting this special event and making it all such an extraordinary and memorable night for all of us at TASTE PORTUGAL.
