When master chef Ricardo Costa returns to London and Texture Restaurant, he will bring with him a touch of Portuguese summers and the flavour of the Atlantic.

WITH COD and langoustine on the menu we can expect an evening of ocean delights and a touch of Portuguese summers, sunshine and gastronomic joy.
Ricardo will be cooking together with Texture's own Agnar Sverrisson who will bring an Icelandic flavour to the event, making it a fabulous mix of Southern and Northern food traditions, all served and presented with culinary vituosity.
TASTE PORTUGAL is also delighted to be collaborating with WINES OF PORTUGAL who have provided wines from Portugal’s leading wineries, such as Niepoort and Conceito Bastardo to be showcased in the pairing.
TASTE PORTUGAL'S António Lopes and Texture's sommeliers Xavier Rousset and Adrien Butko will be responsible for the accompanying wines in an event that promises to be one of the most outstanding dinners in London this season.
